One of our Clients in Heliopolis is seeking for a dynamic and talented "sales manager"
who has the ambitions and experience in the following fields: engineering solutions, construction,
civil works, real state , finishing and automation with the following qualifications:

Job Description:
• Develop sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.



Job Specification:
Ambitions and experience in the following fields:
Engineering solutions,
Construction, Civil works, Real estate,
Finishing and automation with the following qualifications:
• Leadership ,managerial skills &Planning skills
• Communication skills ,Presentation skills & Negotiation skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Computer literacy




Languages: Fluent English Written and Spoken
